It is safe to take Lipozene® weight loss capsules up to 2 capsules, 3 times a day before each meal, for a total daily maximum dosage of 6 weight loss capsules.

Based on clinical studies, recommended dosage for optimum results is daily maximum dosage of 6 weight loss capsules per day.

Make sure to drink plenty of water and take your Lipozene® weight loss with at least 8 oz of water, 30 minutes before each meal.

METABO UP® DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

It is safe to take 1 weight loss tablet of METABO UP® up to 2 times a day, for a total daily maximum dosage of 2 weight loss tablets.

One weight loss tablet with an 8 oz glass of water before each meal is the dosage recommended for people who need to lose a few pounds.

Recommended dosage for optimum results is daily maximum dosage of 2 weight loss tablets per day
